Good to Know
Answers to the questions that come up most
The shop page layout is not showing
Some themes replace the WooCommerce product loop with their own markup instead of using the standard template. When that happens the layout cannot take effect and the theme's grid stays in place. Test with a standard WooCommerce theme such as Storefront to confirm, and use the shortcode on a dedicated page as an alternative.
Can I use both methods at once?
Yes. The shop page setting and the shortcode are independent, so you can run one layout across your shop and a different one on a landing page.
Do sorting and pagination still work?
Yes. Only the product loop itself is replaced, so ordering, the result count, pagination and product filters behave exactly as before.
Will it change my product pages or checkout?
No. Single product pages, the cart and the checkout are explicitly excluded and are never modified.
