What a demo import actually does: it creates pages, posts and products, rebuilds your navigation menus, and overwrites every theme setting — header, footer, colors, typography and section layouts. It is intended for a fresh site. On a configured site, review the Settings Snapshot beforehand (see below) and take a full backup of your content, since snapshots restore settings, not pages and posts.

- A snapshot is taken automatically before a demo import, a settings import, or a reset.
- Restore any snapshot from SuperTheme → Import / Export → Settings Snapshots.
- Restoring also takes a snapshot first, so you can step back either way.
- The five most recent snapshots are kept; you can also save one manually at any time.
- Scope: theme settings, page layouts and menu locations. Pages, posts, products and media are ordinary WordPress content and need a full backup plugin.

Access: SuperTheme → Front Page. Use the Editing selector at the top to switch between the front page and any page using the Section Builder template.
📄 Building a page other than the front page
- Create a page, then set its Template to Section Builder and publish it.
- Go to SuperTheme → Front Page and pick the page from the Editing dropdown.
- Add sections, reorder by dragging, and save. Each page keeps its own set.
- Anything you type into the block editor still renders below the sections.

Q: How many demo layouts are included?

Q: Does demo import change my existing content?
Yes — treat it as a fresh-site operation. A demo import creates pages, posts and products, rebuilds your navigation menus, and overwrites every theme setting including header, footer, colors, typography and section layouts. A settings snapshot is saved automatically first, so theme settings can be restored, but pages and posts are not rolled back. Take a full backup before importing onto a site that already has content.
Q: Can I use the Section Builder on pages other than the home page?
Yes. Set a page's Template to Section Builder, then select that page from the Editing dropdown at the top of SuperTheme → Front Page. Every page keeps its own arrangement of sections.
Q: Is WooCommerce required?
No, WooCommerce is optional. The theme works without it. Install it only if you need e-commerce functionality.
Q: Is Elementor required?
No. The built-in Section Builder covers the same ground with 28 section types. The 22 Elementor widgets are there if you already use Elementor.
Q: Do I need a form plugin?
Not for the basics. Newsletter, contact and table-reservation forms are built in, with server-side validation and spam protection. Messages are emailed to the site admin address.
Q: Can I undo a demo import or a settings reset?
Yes, for theme settings. A snapshot is taken automatically beforehand and can be restored from SuperTheme → Import / Export. Restoring also snapshots the current state first. Note that pages, posts and media are not covered — use a backup plugin for those.
Q: Can I hide Demo Import once my site is live?
Yes. Under General Settings → Setup Tools you can hide Demo Import and Import / Export. Hiding also blocks the pages if the address is entered directly, and you can switch them back on at any time.
Q: Can I customize after importing a demo?
Yes. A demo is a starting point — colors, sections, layouts and every setting remain editable afterwards.
Q: Is the theme translation ready?
Yes. Over 1,900 translatable strings are included in the bundled .pot file, with full RTL support.
Q: Does the theme include multi-currency support?
SuperTheme is compatible with popular multi-currency plugins such as WooCommerce Payments, WOOCS and Aelia Currency Switcher. We recommend these dedicated solutions for proper checkout conversion and payment gateway integration.
